Ingredients for Honey Sriracha Feta Rolls
- 250 g Greek feta cheese
- 6 corn or flour tortillas (medium size)
- 3-4 tsp black pepper
- 3-4 tsp French herb seasoning
- 3-4 tsp BBQ rub
- 6 tsp honey
- 6 tsp sriracha
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp butter
Step-by-step preparation
Step 1. Cut the feta
Cut the feta cheese lengthwise into six pieces.
Step 2. Fill the tortilla
Place a slice of feta in the tortilla and season with pepper, herbs, and BBQ rub.
Step 3. Add honey and sriracha
Drizzle with honey and sriracha.
Step 4. Fold and seal the tortilla
Fold the tortilla and baste the edge with egg yolk to keep it closed while cooking.
Step 5. Heat the pan
Heat a cast iron pan and add butter.
Step 6. Cook the rolls
Cook the rolls for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 7. Cool and serve
Let the rolls cool down for 2-3 minutes and serve.
