- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4-5 eggs
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 150 g diced olives
- 150 g diced feta
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Step-by-step preparation
Step 1. Melt the butter
Melt the butter in a carbon steel frying pan over low heat.
Step 2. Cook the eggs
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
Step 3. Slice the eggs
Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and place them cut-side down in the pan.
Step 4. Add the tomatoes and olives
Slice the sun-dried tomatoes thinly and dice the olives. Add them on top of the eggs in the pan.
Step 5. Add the feta and seasoning
