Ingredients for the sharing board

    1. Red grapes: 1 bunch
    2. Mini peppers: 6-8 pieces
    3. Toast and crackers
    4. Assorted cheeses: 3-4 types
    5. Mixed nuts: 1 handful
    6. Ciabatta bread: 1 small loaf, sliced
    7. Aioli and other dips: 2 bowls
    8. Olives: 1 bowl
Step-by-step guide to arranging a sharing board
Step 1. Preparation

Start by washing the grapes and mini peppers. Dry them carefully with a clean cloth. Slice the ciabatta bread into thin pieces and set them aside.

Step 2. Presenting the cheese

Cut the cheeses into bite-sized pieces or leave them in their original form for a rustic look. Ensure a mix of soft, hard and blue cheeses for variety.

Step 3. Toast and crackers

Spread the toast and crackers across the board so that they are easily accessible to everyone.

Step 4. Mixed nuts and olives

Fill small bowls with the mixed nuts and olives and place them in the corners of the board for a tidy arrangement.

Step 5. Mini peppers and grapes

Distribute the mini peppers and grapes in small clusters across the board. This creates a fresh and colourful presentation.

Step 6. Dips and bread

Place the aioli and other dips in small bowls and position them centrally on the board. Arrange the ciabatta slices around the dips for a playful effect.

Step 7. Finishing touch

Arrange the ingredients so that the board achieves a balanced mix of colours, textures and flavours. Leave small open spaces between the ingredients for an attractive overall look.

Tips for the perfect sharing board

  1. Cheese at room temperature: take the cheeses out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance their flavour.
  2. Seasonal ingredients: vary with seasonal ingredients, such as figs in autumn or strawberries in summer.
  3. Themes: give your sharing board a theme, for example, Italian with prosciutto and Parmesan cheese, or Mediterranean with feta and artichokes.
  4. A beautiful board: this completes your sharing board, for example with our wooden serving board!
