And that spatula is also very handy for scraping off any remaining dirt. If you want to scrape your pan really well, use our chain mail cleaner, which is like an advanced thousand-dot cloth. You'll scrub away all the dirt in your pan with ease. Not only does this make a very nice sound, it makes your pan sparkle. Also nice: the chain mail cleaner can simply be put in the dishwasher after use and does not wear out.

If you really want to thoroughly clean your cast iron or carbon steel pan, then re-season it with our special oil. This oil is 100% natural, does not smell or taste like anything and is completely 'foodsafe', as we call it. By searing your pan with this oil, you give the natural non-stick coating a big boost. Finally, we also have a set with two leather pan handles, ideal if you have put your pan in the oven, for example, and it is too hot to handle with your delicate bare hands. Take advantage of it!
